About Debbie
Ever since one of our first outings on our sailboat,
I knew dolphins were extraordinary creatures. I believed that seeing a dolphin
on the beginning of a journey was a sure sign of a good, safe voyage. Little
did I know that this has been a common belief for many years. There
is nothing like the beauty of sailing along and being joined by a
pod of dolphins. They swim with the boat, back and forth, and
sometimes you see a classic tail wave or an awesome jump. Sometimes
you'll see a mom and a nanny with a baby. They are playful
and zany.
Over the years, my love
of Dolphins has grown. I realized when I swam with my first Dolphin named Roxie, at Discovery Cove, how strong but gentle
they are. They really love being with people. My next
swim was with Yoko. It was just as
as amazing and exciting as the first time. Each Dolphin has
its own personality. This is an awesome experience that I
highly recommend.
I started collecting Dolphin figurines and statues and keep many around the house and patio. Sometimes it was challenging to find quality items. That led to the creation of this web site where I now enjoy offering quality Dolphin-theme items to others who also enjoy the beauty and grace of these magnificent creatures.
