All Dolphin items usually ship the next business day unless otherwise indicated below item.

Funds
All funds (currency) are in US Dollars.  We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®.  Credit cards are not charged until order is shipped.

Returns/Refunds
Debbie's Dolphins offers a 30 day satisfaction replacement/refund guarantee on all purchases and merchandise.  If an item does not meet your expectation, we will promptly exchange or refund your purchase.  Please contact us to arrange returns.  Our goal is your satisfaction. 

Shipping
Shipping costs are based on actual charges from the shipping carrier.  Shipping costs are determined and displayed during checkout process.  There are no handling fees or shipping markups.

We are committed to protecting our customers against credit card fraud.  We only ship to addresses verified by your credit card company.

State Sales Tax
Debbie's Dolphins is a Florida company, and therefore, is required to collect 7% sales tax (Pinellas County rate) for shipments within Florida.

International orders  *IMPORTANT*
We welcome orders from our Canadian neighbors.   Debbies Dolphins will charge for the products ordered and the estimated shipping in US Dollars.  However, orders shipped to Canada will incur additional local fees for Canadian taxes and duties.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid prior to final delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these additional fees and taxes, so please research before ordering if you are not familiar with buying from the US.

At this time, Debbie's Dolphins does not accept or ship international orders to other countries beyond the US and Canada.
